Jacques Marie Mage offers a 14-day return window for all limited-edition eyewear, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all accompanying packaging and certificates of authenticity. We strive to ensure your artisanal frames meet the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the eyewear, original hard case, microfiber cleaning cloth, and any limited-edition documentation inside the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely seal the package and attach the pre-paid insured shipping label provided via email to ensure the safe transit of your luxury goods.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the frames for quality compliance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
